10 Days Until Move In

It will be a very busy week to get this home ready for move in. The flooring will be done Friday, tile work done Monday, and the painters will be finishing up on Tuesday. Plumbing and electrical fixtures are going to be installed next Wednesday and on Thursday the appliances will arrive. Providing everything is on schedule, and the final inspection goes well, the happy new home owner will be moving in on Friday, March 14th.

Finishing and Flooring

The painters are working hard to get things finished up and ready for flooring which will be starting on Monday. The tile work in the bathrooms is still in progress, and once the fixtures are installed it's going to look great!

Cabinets and tilework

Custom cabinetry has been installed in the closets, as well as around the fireplace mantle. Tubs and tile have been installed into the bathrooms, and we are looking forward to sorting out the plumbing and electrical fixtures next week.

Insulation, drywall & siding

The District of Lake Country was closed for inspections between December 22 and January 3rd consequently we were delayed nearly 2 weeks.  Drywall was loaded immediately after Christmas, insulation was inspected January 6th and boarding started January 7th.  With weekend work, taping should be completed on the 14th and ready fro primer on the 15th.
